Cancellation policy

1. Cancellation/Rescheduling by the Participant

  • Rescheduling: Students who wish to reschedule are required to pay a 35% reestablishing fee. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible. ClayTemple.co does not charge any fees for rescheduling if the need for rescheduling is determined by us.

  • Refunds: Please note, we do not offer refunds.

2. No-Show Policy

  • No-Show Fees: If you do not show up for your scheduled class and have not provided prior notice, you will forfeit the class fee. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for no-shows.

3. Cancellation by Clay Temple.co

  • Class Cancellations: In the rare event that Clay Temple.co needs to cancel a class (due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness or studio issues), we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • Refunds or Rescheduling: If we need to cancel a class, you will be given the option to reschedule using a Redeemable Voucher valid for up to 2 years.

4. Weather and Emergency Closures

  • Weather-Related Closures: If a class is canceled due to severe weather or other emergency situations, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reschedule.

  • Emergency Situations: For any emergency closures, we will provide information on how to reschedule.
