Class Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 7+ days prior to your class: Full refund—easy and hassle-free.
Cancel within 7 days of your class: Receive 100% credit to apply toward a future clay session.
Cancel within 48 hours of your class: No refund or credit, but you can reschedule for a 35% fee.

Unfortunately with last minute bookings we do not offer refunds, we do however give store credit vouchers for use for a future class within a year
Running Late? Here’s What You Should Know
We encourage everyone to arrive 15 minutes early so you have time to settle in before the class begins, get a coffee, use the amenities. Starting on time ensures that we have enough time to work through the project without feeling rushed.
If you're running behind, don’t stress! We’ll do our best to get you up to speed, but here's what to expect:
Getting Caught Up: When you arrive, we’ll help you catch up without interrupting the class. However, missing key parts of the demonstration may affect what you’re able to complete during the session.
Realistic Expectations: You may not finish everything as planned, but rest assured we’ll ensure you still have a positive and enjoyable experience.
🚨 Arriving More Than 30 Minutes Late?
If you're more than 30 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you. The class will have progressed too far by then, and it could impact your experience as well as the flow for others. Entry will be at the discretion of the instructor.
Unfortunately, due to time constraints, we’re unable to offer refunds or reschedules for late arrivals. Our best tip? Try to arrive on time to fully enjoy the experience and leave with a project you can be proud of!
Severe Weather Event Reschedule Policy
At Clay Temple Co., we prioritize your safety and satisfaction. In the event of a severe weather event (e.g., tornadoes, cyclones, flash flooding, bush fires) that affects your ability to attend your scheduled appointment, we want to ensure you have a flexible and seamless solution.
Reschedule Policy for Severe Weather Events:
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for missed appointments due to severe weather.
Voucher or Coupon for Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend your appointment because of a severe weather event, we will provide you with a voucher or coupon to reschedule your booking. The value of this voucher will match the amount you paid for your original appointment.
How It Works:
Contact Us: If you are unable to make it to your appointment due to the severe weather, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Voucher/Coupon Issuance: Once we receive your inquiry, we will send you a voucher or coupon via email or through your account on our website. This voucher will allow you to reschedule your appointment online at no additional cost.
We Will Contact You: If you do not contact us about the missed appointment, we will make every effort to reach out to you at our earliest convenience to provide you with a voucher or coupon and rescheduling details.
Stay Informed: We will provide continuous updates on our social media platforms to keep you informed of the weather situation and how it may affect your appointment.
Important Details:
Vouchers or coupons are valid for up to 1 year from the time of handover and are non-transferable.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
